We are almost fully let for the next Academic Year; 2012/2013 - just one individual room in a 3 bed shared property in Crookesmoor.

We are happy to be as flexible as possible on viewing appointments to fit in with your University commitments, whilst still respecting the privacy and leisure time of our current tenants, who are just as important to us as our prospective tenants!  

We like to give current tenants 24 hours notice of a planned viewing wherever possible but will try our best to get you round a property as soon as we can.
