So, we are just a day away to saying goodbye to the rest of our 2014/15 tenants who are still in their properties. Please remember everyone that your keys need to be back at the office by 10am Tomorrow.

Although we won't be around in the office you can still put your keys through the letterbox which is situated at the side of our office!

Please put your key in your stamped addressed envelope with your name on it and a forwarding address of where to return your deposits

We have welcomed a new bunch of tenants into our Broom Street/William Street student accommodation over the last week. We hope you are all settling in well.

Our days are now getting very busy with pre-lim house checks!

So we have begun our pre-lim house checks this week, ready for all our lovely students moving our of their Capland Student Accommodation by the weekend!

We will then start to welcome our new tenants as well as looking after the ones that have decided to stay with Capland for another year!
