It's the Sheffield Half Marathon this Sunday the 12th April. Please be aware the Roads around Ecclesall are closed from 8am to 1pm! Good luck to anyone racing!

Who can believe that it's the 1st March on Sunday!! Where is the time going. We will be welcoming our first bunch of new tenants into their student accommodation before we know it!

A little tip! Remember to keep your heating on for at least an hour a day to help prevent any damp in your student accommodation! Not having any heating on can cause real damp problems which in turn can take time to get rid of!

It was a Winter Wonderland in Sheffield yesterday then today we wake up to bright blue skies and sunshine! Still very slippy on the paths so go careful!
