End of Tenancy

Our tenants who have moved on to pastures new left their capland properties today, what a busy day and we're all still going, getting the checks done and organising cleaners all ready for our new tennats who are collecting keys from Tomorrow.....

Carrying out end of tenancy checks today on our Broom St/William St complex.  We have tenants staying on with us for another year but for the rest who have left, we hope you enjoyed your time with Capland.

Busy week ahead, prelim checks booked in for our Broom Street/William Street accommodation who are due to move out a week today, where has this last year gone! Then to get ready for our new bunch of tenenats arriving there from the 14th......
