End of Tenancy

Our tenants who have moved on to pastures new left their capland properties today, what a busy day and we're all still going, getting the checks done and organising cleaners all ready for our new tennats who are collecting keys from Tomorrow.....

Carrying out end of tenancy checks today on our Broom St/William St complex.  We have tenants staying on with us for another year but for the rest who have left, we hope you enjoyed your time with Capland.

Prep Time

Busy week ahead, prelim checks booked in for our Broom Street/William Street accommodation who are due to move out a week today, where has this last year gone! Then to get ready for our new bunch of tenenats arriving there from the 14th......

End of Tenancy Meeting

We are down to our last few leaving meetings with our current tenants, going through all they need to know with regards to getting deposits returned.

Red Sacks Scheme

From the beginning of June we will begin handing out Red Sacks to each of our student properties.  In the meantime please continue getting rid of your rubbish weekly in the correct bins.  

Please look at donating anything you may longer need to charity shops, more informtaion will be given with the red sacks on places you can donate to.

Nearly Time to Go

Won't be long now until we are saying goodbye to our William Street/Brrom Street tenants! I'm sure you've started thinking about when your going to be leaving your student property, why not begin getting rid of any rubbish you have over the next few weeks so not to let it pile up when you do leave.

To avoid the 'big clean up' at the end of your tenancy why not spare 1 hour a week and get all your housemates toegther to have a tidy up! Will save time at the end of your tenancy.
