Today is the day we will be getting all our buns/cupcakes in from our lovely students who are participating in this years Capland 'Star Bake' competition.

We have received our first batch, Lemon Cupcakes and they look delicious

Green Impact..

Earlier this year Capland Properties took part in the NUS Green Impact Scheme Sheffield, which is a scheme to help make student properties Greener, Warmer & most importantly Cheaper!

We completed workbooks for 16 of our properties to show each energy saving feature each one had ranging from cavity wall insulation to energy saving lightbulbs. Each property was then assessed by the GISH.

In August we were awarded the following Ratings:

2 x Bronze, 13 x Silver & 1 x Gold

We at Capland are very proud of these awards.

There's been a lot going on over the last few weeks!

We've had our old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in, Students going home for the summer, students staying around and settling into their Capland Property, it's been none stop.

We still have quite a few keys that need collecting so we are very much looking forward to meeting you come September.

We have been putting some new kitchens and extra bathrooms in a few of our Capland Student Properties that everyone seems very pleased with.  Check out our website for the new pictures!
