From Friday we have welcomed a whole new bunch of new tenants who have been coming in to collect their keys for their new student accommodation!

Our tenants who have moved on to pastures new left their capland properties today, what a busy day and we're all still going, getting the checks done and organising cleaners all ready for our new tennats who are collecting keys from Tomorrow.....

Carrying out end of tenancy checks today on our Broom St/William St complex. We have tenants staying on with us for another year but for the rest who have left, we hope you enjoyed your time with Capland.
