Collegiate Campus is 5 to 10 minutes walk away and Sheffied city Centre is a 20 minute walk away or short bus hop along Ecclesall Road.

This spacious and modern student house is fully furnished, large beds in all 6 bedrooms, fabulous garden to the rear and both the lounge and kitchen offer lots of space. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, washer dryer and TWO firdge/freezers.
